COVID 19 POLICY
FOLLOWING GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE OUR SHOWROOM IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED.
WE ARE WORKING REOTELY AND CAN BE CONTACTED BY PHONE OR EMAIL DURING OUR NORMAL HOURS.
Our showroom is open by appointment only, please call or email the office to arrange an appointment.
When arriving at the showroom, ring the doorbell at our main entrance, and a member of staff will open the door and invite you in. Face coverings must be worn whilst you are in the showroom.
Please use the hand sanitiser provided when you enter the showroom. As we are working by appointment only, we will have a maximum of two families in the showroom at any time. If you have used the hand sanitiser provided, we do not mind you opening units and appliances as you go round the showroom. After you leave, we will clean the showroom before the next client arrives.
We would ask that you follow social distancing guidelines and stay 2 meters apart from our staff during your visit to our showroom.
If you handle any sample doors, please leave them in one pile so we can clean them and put them back in the racks.
If you have any plans or sizes, we recommend that you email them to us rather than bring them with you.
The safety and well-being of our staff and customers is of paramount importance.
While we are working in your home, we would ask you not to enter the area that our fitters are working in.
If you need to speak to our fitters while they are on site in your home, we would ask that you wear a mask and if possible speak to them outside.
If you go into the kitchen area when our fitters are not on site, we ask that anything you touch is sanitised before our fitters return.
If the above is not adhered to, we will unfortunately have to remove our fitters from site and the fitting of your kitchen will be stopped.
